The following is a live Sound Journey Recorded at ASHA School of Healing Arts in the Dharma Den.
Descent of Light
A 36-minute live journey through sound, 'Descent of Light' is a meditation for deep embodiment, release, and integration.
Recorded live at La Palazzina, 31 May 2025.
This piece weaves live piano and crystal singing bowls (tuned to 432 Hz) to gently guide the listener through the seven chakras—not in traditional order, but in a spiraling, integral descent that follows this path:
🟣 Crown → 🔵 Throat → 🔵 Third Eye → 🟢 Heart → 🟠 Sacral → 🟡 Solar Plexus → 🔴 Root
Each section uses shifting tonal centers and resonant frequencies tuned to the energy of each chakra, creating a space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner awareness.
